Randy O. Rissman is the Founder and Managing Director of Leo Capital Holdings. Prior to founding Leo, Mr. Rissman was the Founder and CEO of Tiger Electronics, Inc., a $400 million electronic toy and game company he sold to Hasbro, Inc. in 1998. Randy holds an MBA from The Harvard Business School and a BBA from The University of Michigan. Mark Glennon is the Vice President of Investments and Business Development of Leo Capital. Mark serves on the board of directors of GrubHub, Inc., FunMobility, Inc. and the Illinois Venture Capital Association. In 1996, he founded the Midwest Venture Summit.  Earlier, Mark practiced law.  His prior positions include partner in the Chicago law firm of Holleb & Coff and partner in the Texas law firm of Johnson & Swanson. He holds a J.D. from the University of Minnesota and a B.A. from Northwestern University, and he is a former adjunct professor at the University of Texas Law School.
