We prefer to start our review with an executive summary, which can be submitted via e-mail. Our investments are usually subject to the following criteria:
- Our initial investments range from $1 million to $3 million, and we usually participate in follow-on rounds.
- We seek companies with breakthrough technology and very high growth potential that will mature to liquidity within five years.
- We generally want a proven revenue model, fully developed product or service, and a committed management team in place, although we will consider companies at earlier stages.
- We prefer companies in which we can actively participate through representation on the board of directors or otherwise.
- Our favorite sectors are entertainment and youth oriented technology, the internet and wireless to include wireless healthcare applications. We have the flexibility to consider exceptional opportunities in other sectors.
