We prefer to start our review with an executive summary, which can be submitted via e-mail.  Our investments are usually subject to the following criteria: Our initial investments range from $1 million to $3 million, and we usually participate in follow-on rounds.  We seek companies with breakthrough technology and very high growth potential that will mature to liquidity within five years. We generally want a proven revenue model, fully developed product or service, and a committed management team in place, although we will consider companies at earlier stages.  We prefer companies in which we can actively participate through representation on the board of directors or otherwise. Our favorite sectors are entertainment and youth oriented technology, the internet and wireless to include wireless healthcare applications.  We have the flexibility to consider exceptional opportunities in other sectors.
